Beef Roasting Joints

All our beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days and from native British cattle. All the beef we sell is from cattle that are allowed to grow naturally on grass at a slow speed, giving them a long life and good marbling. Our topside/silverside roasting joints are available in different sizes: 1kg and 2kg
