x1 pack of either lamb steaks or lamb chops

1 x 1kg lamb mince

1 x  beef topside joint

1 x  rolled beef brisket

500g beef mince

500g diced beef

1 x pack of 2 steaks (rump, sirloin, rib-eye or fillet)
